1. Overview

LongevityMove ("the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App. We have designed LongevityMove with a privacy-first approach — your data stays on your device, and we do not collect, store, or transmit personal information to external servers.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

LongevityMove does not collect, process, or store any of the following: • Personal identification information (name, email, phone number, address) • Account credentials or login information • Location data or GPS coordinates • Device identifiers (IDFA, IDFV, Android Advertising ID) • Contacts, photos, or other personal files • Browsing history or search queries • Biometric data • Financial or payment information No account creation or sign-up is required to use LongevityMove. The App functions entirely without collecting personal data.

3. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

LongevityMove stores the following data locally on your device using AsyncStorage (a local, on-device storage mechanism). This data never leaves your device: • Exercise completion history (which exercises you completed and when) • Daily streak count and last workout date • Experience points (XP) and level progression • Number of sessions completed • Favourite exercises list • Mobility score calculations • Today's completed exercises This data is used solely to provide you with progress tracking, gamification features, and a personalised experience within the App.

4. Third-Party Services

LongevityMove does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We do not use: • Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, or similar services • Advertising SDKs or ad networks • Social media tracking pixels • Crash reporting services that transmit data externally • A/B testing platforms • Attribution or marketing analytics tools The only third-party service integrated into LongevityMove is Stripe, which processes subscription payments. Stripe receives: • An anonymous device identifier (not linked to your personal identity) • Payment information you provide during checkout (handled entirely by Stripe) • Subscription status for access verification Stripe does not receive your name, exercise data, or any other personal information beyond what is needed for payment processing. 5. Network Activity

LongevityMove does not transmit your exercise data, progress, or personal information over the network. The only network activity that may occur is: • Subscription verification through Stripe (to confirm your subscription is active) • Loading exercise demonstration videos from YouTube (when you choose to watch them) None of these activities involve sharing your exercise history, streak data, XP, or other locally stored information.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over it: • You can delete all stored data at any time using the "Reset All Progress" option in the Account tab • Uninstalling the App will remove all associated data from your device • Clearing the App's cache or data through your device's settings will also remove stored data Once deleted, data cannot be recovered as there are no external backups or cloud storage. LongevityMove retains exercise history for the most recent 90 days for progress tracking purposes, after which older entries are automatically removed.

7. Children's Privacy

LongevityMove is designed for general audiences and does not knowingly target or collect information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). Since the App does not collect any personal information from any user, no special measures for children's data are required. However, we recommend that minors use the App under the guidance of a parent or guardian, particularly regarding the physical exercises.

8. Security

Your data is protected by the security measures built into your device's operating system. Since data is stored locally and not transmitted over the internet, the risk of data breaches through network interception is eliminated. The security of your data depends on the physical security of your device and any device-level protections you have enabled (such as passcodes, Face ID, or fingerprint authentication).

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App or applicable laws. Any changes will be posted within the App, and the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy will be revised. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

10. Your Rights

Because LongevityMove does not collect personal data, traditional data subject rights (such as access, rectification, portability, and erasure requests) are not applicable in the conventional sense. However, you always retain full control over your locally stored data and can delete it at any time through the App's settings.
