1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using LongevityMove ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LongevityMove.

2. Description of Service

LongevityMove is a mobile application that provides guided daily mobility and joint health exercise sessions. The App delivers a science-informed 15-minute daily program consisting of 7 joint hygiene exercises (Controlled Articular Rotations) and 4 targeted exercises on a rotating 14-day cycle, covering 35 total movements across 8 categories. The App includes gamification features such as experience points (XP), levels, streaks, and mobility scoring to encourage consistent practice.

3. Medical Disclaimer

The content provided in LongevityMove is for general wellness and informational purposes only. It is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The exercises and information presented are based on general biomechanical and mobility science principles but have not been individually tailored to your specific health needs. You should consult with a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise program, particularly if you: • Have any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries • Are recovering from surgery • Are pregnant or postpartum • Have cardiovascular, respiratory, or musculoskeletal concerns • Experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort during any exercise If you experience any adverse symptoms while using the App, stop exercising immediately and seek medical attention. LongevityMove is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

4. Assumption of Risk

Physical exercise inherently involves risk of injury. By using LongevityMove, you acknowledge and accept that you participate in all exercises at your own risk. You are solely responsible for determining whether any exercise is appropriate for your physical condition and fitness level. You agree to listen to your body and modify or skip exercises as needed.

5. Subscription Terms

LongevityMove requires a paid subscription to access its content. The following subscription plans are available: • Monthly: Billed monthly at the price displayed at time of purchase • Yearly: Billed annually at the price displayed at time of purchase Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account (or Google Play account on Android) at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your device's account settings (App Store or Google Play). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Any price changes will apply to the next billing cycle after the change is announced.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LongevityMove and its creators, developers, affiliates, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, property damage, data loss, or any other damages resulting from: • Your use of or inability to use the App • Any exercises performed based on the App's content • Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the App's content • Unauthorized access to your data stored on the device

7. Intellectual Property

All content within LongevityMove, including but not limited to text, graphics, user interface design, exercise descriptions, audio files, and software code, is the property of LongevityMove and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the App without prior written consent.

8. User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose of personal fitness and wellness. You shall not: • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App • Use the App for any unlawful purpose • Redistribute or commercially exploit the App or its content • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

9. Data and Progress

All user data, including exercise history, streaks, XP, and preferences, is stored locally on your device. LongevityMove does not backup this data to external servers. You are responsible for your own data. Deleting the App, clearing app data, or using the "Reset All Progress" feature will permanently erase all stored data and cannot be recovered.

10. Modifications to Terms

LongevityMove reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when the updated Terms are posted within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. LongevityMove reserves the right to discontinue the App or any of its features at any time without prior notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
